Lighting.

Centralised Control and Monitoring System. Automatic street light controller. Designed and manufactured in India.

Manufacturer. Fully Customisable. Power Theft Detection ISO 9001:2015 NHAI Deployed Made in India

The Gloverse Labs Street Light Control Panel is a 4G IoT CCMS panel engineered for automated street lighting control, real-time energy monitoring and remote management of outdoor lighting infrastructure.

Deployed on NHAI highway infrastructure. Designed and manufactured in-house for Indian field conditions. Available for municipal, Smart City and highway lighting projects across India.

Intelligence

Power Theft Detection

Continuous energy monitoring flags suspicious consumption patterns automatically. Events logged with timestamps for audit and governance.

Reliability

15-Day Offline Storage

Inbuilt RTC keeps timing accurate. System logs data for 15 days when internet is unavailable. No data loss on reconnection.

Security

MQTT Encrypted Transfer

All data transmitted using MQTT protocol with encrypted transfer. Secure by design for government infrastructure.

Maintenance

OTA Firmware Updates

Update system firmware remotely from anywhere. No panel opening required. Reduces maintenance cost significantly.

What the CCMS street light controller does.

The street light control panel functions as the centralised intelligence for an entire lighting network. It controls when lights switch ON and OFF, monitors energy at every feeder point, detects faults automatically and transmits all data to the cloud dashboard in real time.

The controller is designed and manufactured in-house by Gloverse Labs. Every component — hardware, firmware, communication stack — is built and owned by us. This means the panel can be configured to exact project specifications, not limited by what a third-party supplier offers.

Real-time monitoring dashboard

Voltage, current, power, energy consumption, lux level, signal strength and lights ON/OFF count visible from one dashboard. Live data updated continuously from every feeder point in the network.

Instant fault detection and alerts

Overload, underload, voltage anomalies, phase failure, door tamper and power theft events detected and reported immediately. Field teams receive alerts before problems escalate.

Complete audit trail

Every switching event, fault occurrence and maintenance action is logged with the actual cause identified. Downloadable reports for compliance, governance and performance review.

Four ways to control automatic street lighting.

Every deployment can use one or multiple control modes simultaneously. The mode is configured per feeder point based on the specific requirements of the location.

Most efficient

Astronomical timer for street light control

Calculates exact sunrise and sunset time for the GPS coordinates of each feeder point, every day of the year. Lights switch at the precise moment of sunset and sunrise. not on a fixed schedule. The most energy-efficient automatic street light control method for municipal and highway deployments.

Configurable

Timer-based schedule control

Operators define specific ON/OFF times for each feeder point. Schedules can be set for weekdays, weekends and holidays separately. Changes are applied remotely from the dashboard. No field visit required.

Sensor-driven

Lux-based automatic control

The integrated light sensor measures ambient lux levels continuously. Lights activate when ambient light drops below a set threshold and switch off when daylight returns. Used for locations where astronomical timing needs fine-tuning due to environmental factors.

Override

Manual override control

Operators can switch any feeder point ON or OFF manually from the dashboard at any time. Manual override is logged automatically and does not disrupt the programmed automatic schedule permanently.

CCMS panel configurations for every application.

The street light control panel is available in multiple load configurations. Every panel includes appropriate MCBs, contactors, SPD protection and output MCBs rated for the specific load. Because the panel is designed and manufactured in-house, configurations can be adapted to project-specific requirements.

Deployed on national highway infrastructure.

This CCMS street light control panel has been deployed on the Hyderabad Ring Road under the National Highways Authority of India. Highway deployment demands more from a panel than municipal use. Power quality variation, variation, extreme weather and continuous operation without maintenance access.

The NHAI deployment validates the panel for the most demanding outdoor infrastructure conditions in India.
